What we collect and why
We only process the data you give us when you contact us.
- Contact form: name, phone, email, the material you are interested in and the message you write. We use them to answer your enquiry and, where needed, to prepare a quote.
- Email or phone: if you write or call, we process the data in that communication for the same purpose.
We do not build profiles, we make no automated decisions, and we do not use your data to send you marketing you have not asked for.
Our legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch. If the enquiry leads to an order, the basis becomes performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations, particularly tax and accounting ones.
